What's the legality with tenants who rent a house or apartment. Can landlord legally say a tenant cant medicate themselves or grow medication.?
Can a landlord tell you you can’t grow or use medical marijuana in MO even if you get the licenses?
I have been searchin hi and low I cant find an answer I recently got my medical in missouri and on probation would I be able to medicate?
So would I be able to do half in and half out provided that I secure it to the standards of dhss , and also if your not allowed to use a combustible extraction in your home does that go for lavender oils and etc etc. because the same exact system and methods apply or is it just cannabis discrimination 2nd can you go in a field and make an combustible extraction away from your residency but still on your property
