You are absolutely wrong! I'm a calgarian and rent an apartment. Because of that reason I cannot smoke cannabis in my apartment. And I also cannot smoke cannabis in the public! I feel so offended I'm a black African Canadian and I am not allowed to consume Canada Cannabis when it is legal! But white people own their own private house and smoke cannabis in their home that's not fair at all. If black Canadians are not allowed to smoke while white scan this is outrageous!
I hope that the African and immigrants population grows in Calgary, and soon the city council will be run by Africans Muslims and immigrants. Then the city will be a lot better than it is now.
