And me, i have not felt right in my head since i ate those brownies. I had to tell my gym techer i couldnt have gym because everytime i burned fat by either working out or forgot to eat i would get high as fuck from the thc fat in my body. After that i stopped smoking weed and reality hit me like a truck, i finally realized i wasnt going nowhere in life, and started putting in time doing things that actually make me happy instead of short term dopamine kicks like porn, YouTube, TV and stuff. Weed and snus(chewing tobacco) made me underweight because i lost all appetite and would forget what the feeling of hunger meant. I have now started smoking weed everyday because i am stupid, bought big because there is so much money in it now because of the corona with closed borders. 50-100$ per g out here

  5. I smoked multiple times a day every day for more than 7 years. I quit weed, fapping, drugs, shit food, all basically at the same time. But I could never realize how much I relied on all that to mask my problems/insecurities until I stopped..it all hit me hard af and I’m still learning to cope with those problems, even on nofap. I’ve wasted a lot of my life and time on all that shit I’m just happy I’m back on the right track even though I wish I could’ve done it sooner. I used to be a daily smoker until I started semen retention in November, Now I only smoke in the weekend, I have spent the first 6 years of my life in a warzone so I still have PTSD, But since I started nofap and retaining it helped at least bring the traumas in perspective which allows me to live a relatively peaceful and happy life without survivors guilt anchoring me down physically, emotionally and spiritually, However after being productive 5 days of the week weed really allows me to just lay back and take in everything that happened to me from Monday to Friday and not get overwhelmed by so much information… But weed works differently for everyone. Even then after I smoke a joint I just sit in silence lifting weights or listening to guys like you so it feels a bit like I compensate for "lost" time… My conclusion is that if you want to be productive 7 days in a week where you only need like 5 hours of sleep to feel alive you shouldn't smoke weed, If you are working towards something but are confident and comfortable with your current life you should limit it to two days a week… Any more than that and you are truly preventing yourself from reaching your full potential.
