The constitutions says we are all equal under the laws of the united states this does not say by state or my provenance. There for it is constitutional responsibility to follow the laws of our four fathers and the same constitution these senators governors and state works have promise to uphold and defend. just because you disagree with them you must uphold the constitution. If you are freely allowed to prosecute based on state A that does not allow a law and state B that does how can you in a court of law stand and violate the constitutional right of that person that you are sworn to uphold? You must allow then all to be freely under the law if B says for example you can grow up to six plants and A says you can not grow none for personal use how then would the law interpret this? Are we all equal under the laws of the land based on the constitution or not? So Thomas are you thinking the 14th amendment won't apply here? Say Illinois passes the States Act and I live in Illinois. If I go to a state that didn't pass this act would I have a chance of being persecuted under federal law in that state?

Dojng a great job! I live in St. Louis and I’ve heard they are trying to kneecap the medical marijuana law now. They want to have specific diseases that are eligible vs the doctors to determine who can have a medical card? Not sure if that is true.

Also currently how is the government be it local , state or federal being allowed to take in taxes ? If you are in the marijuana business an over pay your federal income taxes and then being sent a federal income tax return check, isnt that the definition of money laundering being done currently by the federal government since marijuana is federally illegal ?
