I'd think that the safe banking act would somehow down the long road benefit those who have stocks in the cannabis industry. Maybe legitimize cannabis in our market economy ??

So it will be legal in a specific state, banking services will become avowable, BUT the feds can still nail people. Will the feds now get to use bank records to arrest anybody they don't like who is involved in the cannabis industry? If we use a credit card or atm card in a dispensary will the Feds have the goods on the customers also if for some reason they don't like one of us?
