As they are getting out of the car you can see the car that hit the guy turning around and coming back. I feel bad for that driver. Can you imagine how he/she feels at that moment?

Police should never pursue ATV riders… This is exactly why many departments have no chase policies.
I honestly hate the show for the primary reason of calling it live and using the "as it happens" phrase. You do NOT watch the situations live. You have hours ahead of time to edit and prep what you will say. This is extremely obvious when the opening credits show cuts that happen at the end of the episode. As well, dude on the quad getting hit, you knew at the end of the episode how the surgery went and how the recovery was expected. You guys have at least 24 hours from when the event was recorded and when you show it in front of an audience.
my father is a shock trauma doc, what youre seeing is agonal gasps and the brainstem making the limbs twitch. i hate to say it but thats a wrap baby. he got clipped hard. deuces.
