My 2 comments are: 1) I believe at 37:30 the three yellow triangles contain a flame, bird and tank representing physical pain, flight or fight, respectively. 2) I also agree with the model mechanism involving inflammation processes, you spoke of around 35:15. From my experience, taking Benadryl for a swollen hornet sting alleviated the unrelated chronic pain I was suffering. And a sub-dose of its powder form I apply orally totally blocks my trigeminal neuralgia temporarily which is enough to stem the tide of a major pain flare up.
