What police officers going to be trained Properly to test for marijuana legalization only ben in law for few years. It's not like Alchohol laws Ben around for over Twenty years it take years to be trained and right Equipment to be made to Properly test people.
That 2ng -5ng limit is totally bogus… Smoke one joint and you won't be able to legally drive for days, even tho there's no impairment… I can see the courts getting tied up for no logical reason.

This could be more destructive to the public than being charged with possession of marijuana. I have no time for people that drive high but this is so dangerous the way it's written. People need to check c-46. It's bad and Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould evading the question demonstrates how dangerous this is. Anyone can be charged if the cop pulling you over want's to claim you're impaired. Just remember what she said "case by case," in other words, anyone can be charged at any time. Hopefully the law as is will be challenged asap.

Most get behind the wheel after taking their prescibed medications of antipsychotics or opoids etc.. Then they mix it with alchol or marijuana.. Thats where the impairments come from..Alchol and drugs are the cause of many accidents..😒
