Dried cranberries are very high in carbs, so I was surprised to see you add them to anything. It looked like you added around 1/3 cup to the cole slaw, so that one ingredient added over 30 carbs.
Great meal prep! Everything looked wonderful! We love sheet pan meals! Can't wait to get your cookbook
Thanks for the meal prep video! Everything looked good!
Just a quick easy tip….use your cheese shredder for the eggs. Its really quick and gives the egg salad the perfect texture.
Aww… Could you have given that yolk to Hazel? Great recipes. I do not own an Instant Pot, but was wondering if it can crisp up meats at the end of cooking? Say if you wanted a crispy skinned chicken etc? Can you give alternative ways to use a slow cooker if you don't own an Instant Pot?
I just got the new IP Evo duo plus. I absolutely love it. It automatically seals when you put on the lid and it is a button that you can feel it click in place. When I do eggs, I do 6 minutes on the IP, do a quick release and then put the eggs under cool running water until the eggs cool, doesn't take long at all and they peel fine and have great yolks. What I feel is cool is when you wait a day or 2 and peel an egg and it still peels easily. I figure I could drop to 5 minutes in the IP but I'm a "worried the food won't be cooked enough" kinda girl and so I do tend to overcook.
Erica, I really appreciate all the effort you put into teaching us such great recipes 🙂 I watch so many videos but I really notice how you work to make your ingredients your own and you add your own flair to everything you do 🙂 Thank you so much for all the yummy goodness and Happy Holiday to you and your family. Hugs 🙂
Hi, Does your cookbook include your macros?
Picked up your cookbook today!!! A present for me. LOL/ Kathy
I tried to sign up for the e-course but the "add to cart" button isn't working. Just fyi! I tried two different browsers and couldn't get it to add the purchase to the cart.
I am so freaking excited about this! I was hoping you would make an instantpot cookbook!
I just love you so very much it all sounds good and you look so festive.
Elizabeth is amazing! I love her! Also I love your apron and YOU ARE SO CLOSE TO 10K TOO ERIKA!
Man, smoked bone broth sounds so dang good!
I think the metal thingy you used to scoop the eggs off the board is actually called a “bench scraper”. Definitely a multitasker. =)
Ok so I’m probably the only person in the world that doesn’t own an instapot , can these be converted to the crock pot?
we had a smoke turkey too.. so good.. that sausage and brussel sprouts looks amazing have to do that! if you are on the fence about the cookbook DO IT! Worth every penny!
Yay; meatloaf recipe coming!!! I love the easy sheet pan and instant pot meal ideas.
May I make a suggestion for your E-course? KNIFE SKILLS! Omg, how do you chop evenly? How to slice perfectly, meat/ veggies. How to slice bread evenly with or without knife guide ( yes, my bread still SLICES, lumpy…even with the guide! Lol!) Help!
All this looks so yummy. Can’t wait to get your cookbook but I have to wait until I get money.
Everything looks delicious, the majority of my meal prep this week is coming from your cookbook (I am so excited). Have a great week
First here – watching right now while listening to the icy rain outside!! 🙂
