  2. I think your form on hip thrusts is causing the back pain. It looks like you’re keeping your back straight and rigid through the Whole movement. It’s better to have a slight anterior pelvic tilt at the bottom, and then move the pelvis into a posterior tilt as you come up. So the spine is changing shape to accommodate the flow of the movement. I’m 5’1”, 120lbs, and can hip thrusts 400lbs+ without pain. Also keeping your upper body locked in space so you are ONLY moving from the sternum down.

  6. Kara I really enjoyed your video about the fat/weight loss camp. I think a great video idea would be If you could design a "weight loss" camp what elements would it have? What kind of exercise would you have them do etc? What kind of classes would you have?

    I think it would be inetersting to see your POV especially now since you are more an intuitive eater.

  8. Hi Kara, Jason, and Bruce. 😀 Just wanted to say that I have bad knees and poor balance and coordination so when I workout legs I do donkey kicks instead of squats and step-ups instead of lunges. They are so much easier on my knees.

    I've lived in west TN and in central FL, so I don't get enough snow to be able to do cool snow related activities. <3
