I tried several that i think were just vegetable oil. But what my cardiologist recommended me was Green Roads. It's costly,but it's really helped me with pain & Inflammation. I wish it were not so expensive! I get the oil, & I use ab out a quarter dose in the morning. Use gummies during the day (terps from another brand at he CBD store) I could tell by the 1st use it was different. However, I need to pass a drug test. I'm doing a self test urine test to check out the THC. I do pray it's not illegal !!
