  8. i am a “party girl”, i drink a lot, maybe a lil too much.. i also smoke weed and well to be honest drugs are also there.. anyways i eat very unhealthy and overall have a really bad lifestyle, which is probably why my body has been literally screaming for help lately. it has stopped working like it used to, my period is all over the place, i have no energy and bowel movements haven’t been the same. i have weird pains all over my body and it just doesn’t work the way it used to. i actually used to be really healthy and my health is really important to me.. but i am not ready to give up my party lifestyle, u know i’m young and want to really live because my whole life i’ve been really good but also that made me really depressed because i felt like i was wasting my life… there is so much more to my story whichever would make you understand why i live like i do but ye it’s not really relevant to my question. so i wanna keep partying and having fun but also want to atleast keep my body working. any tips for me? i’m gonna start eating healthy, sto doing drugs and exercising more but do i need something else to prevent the damage my lifestyle is probably gonna give me? like some certain foods or supplements?
