This seems to incentivize families and I think it goes a little further by not being tied to the number of children in a household. It also incentivizes healthy family planning. A lot of families break up due to financial issues and this would seem to go a long way to mitigating that. I've seen studies where like a fifth of divorces are over money. Think of the positive impact of preventing 20% of the divorces in the country.

You can really tell that Tim Black and Andrew Yang care about the people that are struggling and living pay check to pay check and it is so good to know that people out there care and want something to be done about it. Tim makes a good point, what is the point of living in the richest country in the world if the citizens are living in poverty.
He can either get on stage and outshine the other candidates as an example of how you talk about solutions rather than scoring points on your opponent, so you APPEAR as the better choice although you yourself don't fix anything. Or he can be drowned in stupidity from the other candidates and the average viewer won't have the capacity to differentiate his words from the others. In any Yang related videos there's maybe one detraction out of 100 thoughtful and positive comments! This guy's message and character appeal to such a broad spectrum that there's nothing more unifying for the country, and he is the only candidate that doesn't mention unity in his discourse.
