This clearly is a waste of law enforcement tax payers money and waste of time this over the legal limit of 12 plants 100 is a bit much of course if it depends on the state as All are supposed to be equal under the law and this is a promise but the constitution of the United States not made up my some stoner on the internet it clearly is a wast of resources and money of course they will not but only these that have over the limit but all because they feel it is there right to harass marijuana users when clearly they are not breaking the law unless they are stealing water or power or can be proven that these plant will be sold on the black market not speculated by a cop or doctor or new annalist who is up in there feelings about the cannabis or its use clearly we are trying to change the laws where you can grow up to 12 plants for personal use but you may not sell them or get a value or exchange money in other ways for it this is clear dealing and we are clearly on the side of the laws however we do feel that if you allow these people to sell to a dispensary where the product can be tested and if there was a history of selling or giving it to children then I side with the laws on this one but if not and they are a none violate grower or they are not selling it to kids or on the black market that can be proven in a court of law then the police should not waste there time when they would be spending money time and efforts to do much more for there community then to harass pot heads and wed smokers just because they fit some social profile clearly the police is right in most cases but not this time it has been abused so much we must have true reform and #legalization this plant still hold the records of Zero over does deaths and the effects is not worse then Alcohol Tobacco or even Sugar prescription drugs are a problam still and cause more death then should be allowed I clearly agree that the road needs to be a safe one how ever i do not agree racially profiling or the use of a dog that can be signaled to hit on a car so you have the right to violate some ones privacy and rights we need the police to be the good guys asset forfeiture is unconstitutional if you want the marijuana program to support more police programs then you cant be falsely putting people in jail for a plant that is less harmful then coffee or tea or coke cola #legealize it put it behind the counter and once it is legalized nation wide your problems can end and we can talk more about the social justice that needs to happen expunging records and No jail time for low level possession in public 2 and a half oz and in your home no more then 2 pounds it can be don't a plant can grow up to 2 or 3 oz per plant every 3-4 months dispensaries some have poor growing practices and need to be regulated growing at home for your own personal use is he same as growing black berry's to make your own wine you can make up to 5 gallon or more for your personal use if you get caught selling it it is a hefty fine with ore harsh penalties for offenders that are breaking the rules we should do the same for cannabis Sativa or Indica THC or HEMP you should be allowed to possess it and grow it and use it but if you get cause doing other things then you face tough laws that is not a slap on the wrist fines and minor jail time first offence #LawEnforcment#JustiuceSystem#Cannabislaws#MarijuwanaLaws#DUI#Mpp#MPA#Norml
