Earlier this year Wendy and Pat were giving word of knowledge and I heard Wendy say, "you're struggling with dieting, this year the Lord says include him in your dieting plan, My testimony is I did, I prayed and the Lord answered me quickly, I heard" paleo". Immediately, I checked on it, and it's easier for me to do it here than ketogenic diet that I was trying hard to stick to. Here in Africa I get a lot of the grass fed animals, and our local vegetables and fruits are cheaper than the imported ones. I feel good within, I've not lost much, but the feeling is superb, I sleep better, my energy level is super high.
