I'm currently charged with violation of court order by violating injunction order. Violation is non violent and non threatening. State charged me with aggravated stalking based on emails related to ongoing divorce proceedings. What can I do at this situation to avoid situation of deportation?

off course, if your are a green card holder, and you committed any type of crime or you break any Law, you will be in the eye of them and they dont want law breakers living in the country! Get your citizenship, so you will be treated as a Citizen, and that means, you will obey de Law of the Land, and defend your rights as a Citizen!!
In 2019 I was wrongly arrested for domestic violence. I was bailed out hours later and my case was dropped in court. I was never convicted of any crime. Should I apply for my citizenship or should I wait a little more? My green card expires in 2028. Thank you, keep doing the great work!!!
