We will be doing our first dopamine detox on Sunday 3rd May, so there will be one more short video released before then detailing specific dopamine detox rules. Then we'll carry on the series after our dopamine detox to figure out how to build up from there.

I’m excited to work with you on a dopamine detox. Just an FYI, but an important one, you need to correct the typo “sciecne” to science. Some people may dismiss everything you say for this oversight.
I'm still in
I started two days ago before this videos and for me the main cut was to stop listening to music/youtube/podcasts every very often.
Feels good but I have a small headache most of the time.

Dr Carl Hart has done some research questioning the model of "drug addicts as helpless dopamine addicts." It isnt quite that simple and the role of the chemical hooks of drugs has been exaggerated. Rat paradise is worth looking into as well. You have to look at the contexts in which drug (or dopamine addiction) lives to get a fuller picture. That being said, the broader mission and message of this series I'm totally on board with.

I'm still in!
I’m in. I need to figure my life out. Regretting my life decisions has brought me to a tormented standstill and I just want to start working on things again.
Thank You bro, looking forward to next episode.
You say no videogames, what about books then? I personally don't see any difference, it's just another entertainment. Ofc I'm talking about offline games mainly story based (action, RPGs..), not the online ones full of rewards.

Are you checking comments while watching video 😅? hmm you also have some serious dopamine problem like me 🤷♂
I always find myself falling asleep convincing myself that in the morning I’m going to start my journey of discipline towards my goals. And yet when I wake up instant gratification always seems to be my preferred option. I’m ready to change.

Exciting—let’s do it!

Am a dancer, im planing to start a workout routine, reading a book but for some reason I can never find time, I know why now! I hope this Detox can have a positive effect on my life moving forward
Thank you Andrew for sharing this mate. I feel like social media addiction is said a lot and considered overrated, but is actually a lot more dangerous than our society thinks. “It’s Our new daily life grow up!” But no. It’s toxic, it’s soul-sucking. I uploaded a video called DOPAMINE on my channel this morning. It’s a poem if you wanna see Andrew, it’s definitely relevant to this. Take care all
