So marijuana is not legal there? Yet there's a few bar's that you can visit that offer marijuana to their customers. I'm a bit confused on this, I do know that they have strict laws on using "vape" devices for consuming tobacco in public, and it seems the their government would rather their citizens and tourists to just smoke cigarettes in public instead of "vaping"
