  1. Why are you using 22 year old studies on carbs? Are there no newer, proper non biased studies available – I mean we are nearing 2020? If one look at the obesity / cancer figures we are definitely doing something wrong and there should be lots of newer 2018/2019 studies available.

  2. Sadly, the Atkin diet advocate isn't convinced by the science. If they find scientific knowledge compelling, they would've never started it, so it kind of too late. They like their temporary weight loss and muscle atrophy. We'll have to wait until a heart attack to change their minds. I've talked to many during lunch hour and don't know what else to tell them.

  3. I wish Dr. G would stop picking one study that casts a negative light on any one diet and then ignore positive ones. I bugs me because it undermines his credibility and makes him an easy target for all of the "he cherry-picks" claims. The way forward seems to be to say this is what the evidence says right now and that's that. It would make the dialogue between omnivores and vegans and plant-based folks much healthier.

  4. LDL is bad?
    Who decided that?
Paleo diet negates the positive effects of training?
    Who decided that?

You dont get to decide. Nothing you said in this video is true. Nothing you claimed to be true, applies to me nor anyone I know. You are false.
