  1. Use a steam room or sauna. Working out is amazing but if you’re depressed you can sit in a sauna or steam room to get a “runners” high and endorphin release.

  2. St. John’s wort is a liver inducer. double the enzymes that break down weed.
Milk thistle is a live inhibitor , it restricts the amount of thc the liver breaks down.

  5. You are a soldier bro, I do the detoxing every year when I travel for a month overseas but the sleep disturbance and nightmares are the worst part of it , do you know any particular supplement or tips specifically on sleeping part .?
Thank You for sharing sir 💪🙏

  6. Congratulations ! Weed, for me, isn't good for regular consumption. Makes me lazy and anti-social as well. Every blue moon I may use a tincture for sleep assistance but other than that I wanted and did quit as well.

  7. I mean if youre smoking because of stress, youre smoking for the wrong reason and this transcends into a dependency. You should smoke weed to enjoy thr high, not cure your lows

  8. Man Thak you ! Im 25 and I've smoking for 13 years every single day ! And I decided to stop, and u are helping alot with this video ! Thanks !
    Love form Belgium ♥️🇧🇪

  9. I smoked for about 8 years without missing a day. I worked in the cannabis industry for 5 years in Colorado. I ended up moving out of state to take care of family and I've decided to stop for a bit. I'm on 2 months and every thing is fine other than my body pains (I used cannabis medicinally.) I don't take painkillers or even advil. My serotonin levels have imo dropped but the one thing that is helping is working out, eating healthy, and meditation. I'm going to keep pushing myself. I just don't want to have an addiction to anything and I depended on Cannabis. I'll continue my journey. Thanks for your video!

  10. Began smoking weed in late 2008, my saving grace was I always regularly took breaks. I didn’t know it but it def kept me from getting into abusive patterns with it. I take a few hits at night, that’s all I ever really care for. I am on day 7 of one of my regular annual breaks, not sure how long i’ll go, but remember, anything can be abused, find a healthy balance with anything and it likely won’t hurt you. All the best to ya’ll..

  11. Says weed is bad ; day 4 I like to smoke when I have a hangover. You drinking ALKHUL but don’t trust a plant lmao. Humanity is truly funny. Cool vid BRO. Lmfao.

  12. How do people sleep with no weed literlly havent smoked in 6 days and its so hard to fall asleep. Get max 6 hours in a night while on weed i can sleep for 7-9 easily.

  13. Day 7 after quitting and I feel alittle weak but most importantly things don't feel very interesting. Meditation and working out helps though. Also feeling unfocused. Waiting to pass the 1 month mark.

  14. Gave up weed for 2020 after 6 years of chronic use for pain, depression, and anxiety. Unfortunately I think weed has been a root of my emotional instability (I'm diagnosed bpd) and everything I felt, weed enhanced it. I couldn't just be baseline, I would be either in a major depressive episode and would keep smoking (convinced it was helping me) or too anxious to do anything, or I'd be manic and have awful judgment and make dumb decisions on impulse. It has amazing medical benefits and I truly think it helps people even with mental illness, but for my brain chemistry….it just isn't working out. I am treating it like a break up from a toxic partner, and it's been 3 days and I already am feeling 1000% more like myself.

Here is my advice for you if you want to quit but don't know where to start:
    1) clean your stuff if you want and store it or give it away. I know this may be obvious, but it will be 10xs harder if you have to see your supplies and face temptation.
    2) tell everyone you smoke with you are quitting. Your true friends won't care and they will respect and encourage you and won't even think about getting high around you. Unfortunately substances can yield fake friends so if you're lonely, don't smoke. Find a new hobby or show or book and commit to it. Working out is an amazing substitute. You'll make new friends because you won't be too anxious to go to new events and talk to new people, trust me. It may take time but those friends will be more solid than your stoner friends and it's worth it.
3)replace the habit with something else. If you smoke right when you wake up, try Journaling instead, or a work out, or really anything–it doesn't matter as long as it isn't a different substance and isn't detrimental to your health.
    4) meditation, gratitude, breath work, walks in nature are al great ways to deal with urges.
5)if you truly want to smoke, accept it but then remind yourself you aren't going to. You have to tell yourself you aren't going to smoke and work through the urge.
    6) lastly, be easy on yourself. Quitting isn't easy for everyone. I've tried and failed so many times, but I am committed to my journey and know I can do it since I've quit alcohol and uppers as of 9 months ago. If yo truly want to quit, it will have its challenges and they will be different for everyone. Your mind is SO strong and powerful, I honestly believe anyone that wants to quit, can. Don't be ashamed to go to support groups or therapy. If you don't have health insurance, Google sliding scale therapists in your area and there are income based therapy programs.

Anyone that tries to tell you its easy doesn't have your brain or live your life. If it's hard for you, IT'S OKAY. It gets easier over time. I love you believe in you.

  15. I’ve smoked for around 6 years everyday almost . I am at day 3 of not smoking and on the 2nd night which was yesterday i had night sweats, and i also had a vivid dream. That was crazy to me to have a vivid dream, its been years since i had one.
