Cuomo is full of sh*t. They are not going to legalize for several more years because everyone has their hands out wanting that good good money. It will still be at least 2 years before they legalize and I promise you they won't allow home grow because they want every single penny. It will be a failed legalization program because they will gouge the sh*t out of the prices.

Cannabis is not gonna be legalized this year just like last year……..they are still looking for the biggest cash grab with taxing. That whole decriminalizing was a joke the state can still get money from you from getting caught with with weed, I believe it’s like $50-200 fine for up to 2OZ, they can charge you with a misdemeanor for over that it’s still a cash grab. How hard is it to put in motion that a person/s over the age of 21 can use marijuana if they chose to…..you got it with deadly products beer and wacky-tobacky but not with a natural plant out of the ground 😒
Why didn’t it pass last year? Oh.. cuz cuomo shot it down because he didn’t like how the tax money was going to be allocated..
Its ridiculous I cant go to a damn store with some damn reliable hours.
