Bad idea to legalize weed. More kids in CO in emergency rooms and stoned parents oblivious to this. Pets are getting sick from weed also. More traffic accidents. Gov. Murphy come up with some solid creative ways to raise money for the state instead of legalizing marijuana. Your own children seem to have addiction problems. One way or another. Medical records have been released.

You're not going to stop any of your problems until you stop drug testing for weed, but you will, eventually. Anything else is out of you system in 72 hours or less, people give up because weed is what they need to stop the other things but your tests make it sure the other things is all they can do. Think about that, really. This is only a message of truth. Now you're going to want daily tests, but i'm telling you, keep your tests for everything but weed and this country will rise again. One employer at a time if so, i know you are frightened of your insurers but get some balls and do what is right for the American people to make our country strong again. No time left. Act.

I grew up in New Jersey. I’m a pothead. I smoke a lot of weed. I’ve been in handcuffs 3 times for having very small amounts on me. After the first they see it on your record and it’s over for you. Cops in New Jersey can pull you over and say they smell weed and just by saying that they can search your vehicle. They will put u in handcuffs for less than a .1. I also have friends who have died from heroine. The dope epidemic in New Jersey is far greater of a problem then pot but the cops in nj all look for potheads. We need to legalize marijuana so they can focus on the real problems, locking up real criminals, and finding help for real drug addicts, not arresting potheads for have a .3 of shake in the carpet of your vehicle.

He even mentions that "We can regulate it." Which is the bottom line. Banning it in certain towns is just causing unfair hindrance to actual legalization and decriminalization. It's taking a million steps back instead of moving forward. If one day it becomes declassified as a Schedule 1 drug from the federal stand point and then a moron comes in and says that's fine, but I will vote for it not being legal in a small town….that's the same as going backwards in time. Then another prohibition, then another unwanted decade of illegal black market sales in those particular towns, then another few decades of more voting….and then….we still end up with having it decriminalized with age limits, consumption limits and fair laws for it, but now 80 years from now…. DON'T BE THIS GUY, DON'T BE STUPID. DECRIMINALIZE AND LEARN FROM OTHER COUNTRIES. More you know, safer it becomes.
A new tax for Democrats…if they couldn't tax it…this wouldn't be up for discussion in the highest taxed states. It's a new revenue source.
What is wrong with shops that legally sell marijuana plant based products? Legalization/decriminalization of using this plant is way overdue, get the propaganda away from it.
