Michael Manley was trying to get Jamaica to earn money from marijuana, but the USA government dismantled the process and push Seaga in politics to destabilised Jamaica agriculture. However they cannot stop us for using marijuana for medicinal purposes.
Marijuana is legal in USA. It is like morphine and cocaine, morphine is legal use but cocaine is illegal to use. Both are the same dangerous drugs.
