What’s up my friend. Ive been catching up on your videos. I was always curious why fighters liked weed. Very interesting topic. Nate Diaz is one of my favorite fighters. I can see why it would help with recovery but smoking before you train doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but I guess it just depends on the person.
