We legalized. And we still do not have good way to test intoxicated drivers. How is this gonna work. You cant drive high. And there is no way to test for it.
I can only hope that the U.S. does more research into the FACTS surrounding the consequences of legalization of Marijuana instead of just blanketing the actual studies that prove it’s consumption in relation to alcohol as a non issue except for the criminal components which would completely GO AWAY, if it would be legalized. People (me included) who smoke weed would rather be at home or in a small gathering of friends, than out on the road aggressively driving and causing much more chaos. You very rarely find someone who just smokes weed seen as an aggressive asshole, but given someone whose drunk any kind of emotional trigger….then you have s brawl on your hands. That is not the psychological profile of someone who peacefully smokes a joint before going to bed or in a social setting. They are two very different drugs with very different reactions. We ARE just talking about Marijuana and not any other kind of drug!

What a waste of space and the eventual medical chaos it will bring to the socialist view of one payer system when all the maimed and dismember people start going into the emergency rooms due to auto accidents and crime.
