Just plain white vinegar kills weeds. You can add the dish soap and epsom salt but it really isn’t necessary. We have used vinegar for years to kill weeds.
In case you don't need a whole gallon of this, here is a smaller breakdown: 1 oz. dish soap / 2 oz. epsom salt / 16 oz. vinegar
1 gallon vinegar, 2 cups epsom salt, cup dish soap
