When you see lefties make fun because an funcional illiterate women from OC made audience for remove the obligation of using mask, you see at YouTube this dude in front of a camera removing his mask and COMPLAIN how hard is life… to use it, Give them the point to those right wing, When is extremely important to use the mask, and sorry to be the one to pointed that those thing are not subject to fun with, You see both sides hipocrisy and stupidity… Who producer in the right mind, made that desition… My way is center because this spectacular stupidity in both sides…

  2. In india we don't have any massive property rent more than 90 % of the landlord had their own property not rented. They don't spend on maintaining the hoise at all. But still they ask us to pay rent and not ready to negotiate and telling us to leave the house. This is what happens in india. In my neighborhood I have seen 9 families who leave home and start living on roads or go back to their hometown.

  3. So i read the Bottom left Full Episodes on Netflix thing and I was like oh…. its longer than 22 mins on Netflix so I checked and this is the full ep so that's good

  4. If were not willing to do anything but vote within the corrupt political system then we deserve to get fucked by our government over and over when people in other countries are fed up with their government they take to the streets for days or weeks until their leaders are forced to bow down do you think women got the right to vote in this country by voting? Do you think the civil rights movement was (semi) successful because they patiently voted till they got their rights? NO THEY DIDNT STOP PROTESTING TILL THEY GOT WHAT THE NEW WAS RIGHT

  5. Where did the 2trillion bailout go.. shouldn't have gone to corporations but in the pockets of the people struggling to pay rent.. like it did in the UK

  6. In case anyone in production is reading this….. Hasan’s show is the only one better without a live audience (unlike Colbert or Noah). His intelligent humour actually has a better flow without the audience. Big fan before. Huge fan now.

  7. Lol "there will be rats"
I would have answered "that's fine, I have my method if I see one: I put fire to the nests"
    No rats, consequentially

  8. I'm sorry but sometimes I still cannot believe that all this is happening in a "devolped first world" country, American dream sure seems to be real. I'm not gonna say capitalism is wrong but this is disgusting, making money off kicking people out of their homes and basically destorying their lives.

  9. Housing should be considered a human right, just like healthcare. We need a Housing Guarantee.

We should have rent-free or low rent, safe, and quality public/social housing guaranteed to every single applicant – no exceptions (regardless of race, sex, gender, sexuality, religion, citizenship status, immigration status, employment, income, disability, past criminal convictions, or anything else); that way everyone has housing no matter what and landlords actually have to offer a real service to their tenants besides living in a functional house to attract tenants.

We also need to support community land trusts and housing cooperatives to enable people to collectively own their homes.

We should tax vacant housing at a high enough rate that it incentivizes home owners with excess housing to sell or rent that housing at affordable rates, even if it is a financially loss, just to avoid the greater financial loss incurred by the vacant housing tax.

We should also institute national rent-control (as local rent control just leads to a variety of problems), and provide other protections and rights to tenants, combined with anti-gentrification regulations. We should better regulate mortgage lenders to make mortgages and refinancing both more affordable and easier, always in favor of the borrower and never in favor of the lender.

We may want to consider replacing the property tax with a land value tax and/or exempting people with only two or less residential properties from paying property taxes unless the combined value of their residential properties are over $1.5 million.

We should eliminate homeowner's associations as they cause more problems then they are worth and act like a layer of government that is essentially unelected, unchecked, and inherently authoritarian and capitalist.

We should invest in non-profit community development corporations (CDCs) to build more affordable and quality housing.

We should invest in improving the living standards of communities, so that all housing is in a high value area, that includes increasing walkability, providing fare-free/low-fare and quality public transit (including to rural areas), maintaining and upgrading infrastructure (including internet infrastructure, water infrastructure, electric infrastructure, and infrastructure for natural disasters and other emergencies), urban forestry, well lit areas for nighttime activity and recreation – while also being dark-sky friendly when feasible, community gardens, public spaces and services, etc…

We should eliminate inefficient or hostile design elements in our cities.

We should improve housing over time, by weathering them, making them more eco-friendly over time, and provide small stipends to homeowners and tenants to do modest renovations and home improvements.

Until a period of 3 months after pandemic crisis is officially and completely considered over, we should cancel all rents and mortgage payments as if they were paid (meaning if you have a $100,000 mortgage with a $1000 monthly payment with no interest, after 6 month, in which you did not have to pay your mortgage, you would now owe only $94,000). Let the banks absorb the loss from people not paying their rents and mortgages to the banks. The government should reimburse anyone who did pay their rents and mortgages since March 2020 until 3 months after the pandemic crisis is over.

  10. The worst part of all of this is that there is no political party that will help. They both are ignoring this. Even our votes don't count anymore so we have zero power to stop this. Welcome to a sci-fi novel.

  11. Dayum. No wonder the creators of Star Trek didn't have to look very far to conceive the idea of Ferengis. Ruthless, soul-less greedy businessmen, not just in the housing industry, but virtually in every industry by the looks of it. Hell, I'm guessing some of them might have even have the Rules of Acquisition framed and hung on a wall.
