This Verizon deal is no longer available. 30 GB and then throttled to 600kbps. Damn, from unlimited to 30 GB. That sucks. There is no cheap way to have unlimited Internet when you are full-time RV.

I've been using both pre paid and post paid Verizon MiFi devices for 4 years. Both can be extremely frustrating in rural and city areas of the Pacific NW (Washington State & Oregon). Only use the devices with a laptop while traveling in vehicle weekly.
IMO, the plan should be cheaper around $30-$40 considering the reliability of getting a good signal.
May consider a TMobile option in the near future, considering the TMobile network seems strong in the PNW.
What does throttled mean?
Prepaid plan definition: We already got yo money fool get to the back of the line. Network management is out of whack whit Veizon. I agree first responders should always take first priority without question anywhere any time. After that priority should go to those how have skin in the game aka: cash out of pocket prepaid. It should be clearly obvious to everyone that the name of the game is kiss butt to get the money them screw them once you have their cash.

Yea I have the jetpack I'm paying 75 dollars I use 900gb a month I was never slowed or throttle for 2 years or more I will never give up my plan works great for me I can't get no service not even satlite internet only Verizon the tower is a mile down my road
I called Verizon and they told me here in Michigan I asked him if the $70 a month plan was it unlimited and they said they give you 30 GB and then after you use them they throttle you back 9 gbs ? Are you still getting unlimited now or did the plan change.

What is the difference in hotspot and jet pack
Today, I bought the 8800L from a Verizon store and added it to my existing plan for $20 per month for unlimited, As I'm sure that you ready know that after 15 gigs it reduces to 3G. I do a ton of streaming. How is the slower 3G speed going to affect my streaming capabilities?
