you put tourism in front of your people at the end of the day you will leave the country selling out your people. tourism only benefit the rich and Elite. focus on developing our infrastructures and focus on farming you laugh and then you get rid of the people who speaks the truth because you all are a bunch of sellouts and hypocrites

Mr. Bartlett you can project all you want to project … But you need to put away your greed and ban all and every Cruse ships from entering our ports… At the end of the day it's we the citizens that will suffer the consequences of your greed… Why not have a vote by the citizens of Jamaica on whether we should or shouldn't allow Cruise ships in our ports or not and see that out come… I think you and all politicians were elected to serve us the people and not your pockets. On a serious note Sir you the health minister and the prime minister should have a sit down and discuss protecting the citizens of Jamaica for a change. Yes your so call projection will be affected but I'm sure that we the citizens of Jamaica would rather have our health/life over you meeting you quoter and loose half if not more of the Jamaican population… It is things like this the criminals of Jamaica should pay attention to because it will affect them as well and vent their frustration on politicians and heads of governments rather than the senseless killings of the poor and needy… What can Jamaica do if this virus should hit the island? No ignorance… Jamaicans see what has happened to other islands and countries but more importantly, which king wants someone owning what's belongs to him? If the government sell off everything, these people will raise prices and do all sorts to get richer and prices increase so the poor get poorer.

What seems to be a very poor poor decision by successive governments over the years in Jamaica is the consistency in not investing in agriculture. Now we can see the vital importance of the agricultural sector. Now that the tourism industry will be hard hit by the coronavirus the growth in the economy will be substantially slowed, we have no back up as our agricultural sector is stagnant. We are not in a very good position at present with this virus rapidly spreading. The hotel industry and the hotel workers and craft vendors will be hard hit. We need agriculture restored to the levels we have seen in the past.

Sometimes the way in which I think of things it leaves me wondering or asking: am I different or things people see for other they can't see the same for themself.
