Although I don't disagree with the premise of cannabinoids being useful if not essential when treating some conditions, you can not extrapolate from cases in which a damaged or otherwise maldeveloped child's brain appears to have been positively affected by cannabinoids to the blanket statement that "it doesn't happen" that "little brains" are or can be negatively affected by cannabis. It may well be true that a healthy little brain could be negatively impacted but the benefits of the drug outweigh its detriments to a significantly unhealthy patient.
