I have a lot of anxiety like you and do morning walks and clear my mind so I can be here. I have to calm my with some CBD and THC's first so my senses kick in. I'm always in my head and so music is like my friend I can trust all the time whenever I need him/her, and there is never an ending to the exploration of music. Not only am I anxious I'm overweight too. I figure exercise helps with both. It's also nature's greatest anti-depressant!! God Bless Curtiss!     I'm really impressed and happy that you benefit from cbd. Even very low doses of cbd knock me down, but it was a worthwhile product to try. I have found my own internal and external solutions that work for me and my anxiety in combination with addressing the environmental and personal factors causing my anxiety. We are all works in progress. 🙂
