Fines only make it just as bad as regular arrest when you pose a fine if you choose not to pay the fine they give you a criminal record No fine No jail time is the best way to go #Texas#Marijuwana#Legealzation it still allows Police to Criminalize and cause harm to the public with civil forfeitures and Criminal records and still shows up on your record this is only a step down that can still leave you with a bad Record and Criminal Liability If your going to do it do it for 3 oz's or less with no record arrests or fines. #Norml#MPP Police should have better things to do with there time then harassing law following people who only want to envoy there cannabis and is not causing a problam in society The police need to go after real criminals.
