Regulation are needed from experience growers and consumers !
Really it’s too late the ppl who got the license and are distributing now, unless they are going to refund them and bring the price down. 50 million for a license !????
Just legalize it already, grow, buy or sell, like any other plant. But NO they are making way too much money continuing to make it a crime. I'd much rather my children use "weed" than alcohol any day. I'm 58 years old and constantly in pain, unnecessarily, cannabis helps me tremendously but is illegal and I refuse to take pain pills that are addictive.
State of Florida already declassified it from schedule 1 to a 3 check. Everybody is 55 and over and in pain
So they setup a system for a few long established big companies to make all the money. Classic Florida
There should be a massive lawsuit for deprivation of rights under color of law… Denial of medicine for years over lies and other companies influence to make it illigal.. But I never agreed to make a plant illegal… So… They have no jurisdiction.
They have no power in the first place… No jurisdiction… Unless you are a fool and give it to them.
All the individual states's law shit is garbage. The Feds should just get some balls and make it legal in the same way as Alcohol and Tobacco is with No Priscription Necessary. Enough of this Bullshit.
It's long overdue for the US government to legalize it at the federal level.
I never signed up for it to be illigal… That was done through stupidity and years of indoctrination. No victim no crime..
It's unconstitutional to have a form of any medicine illigal just because some people didn't want it because hemp was doing better than alcohol.
at this point in the game i'd prefer they stick to vertical integration; open up licensing for more companies to get into it.
But as a card holder in Florida I actually like the vertical integration as it holds the companies accountable; too much risk involved in the free for all that would occur under a horizontal system.
I don't have any interest in purchasing Medical cannabis from companies that don't have involvement in it's actual cultivation.
I say we need to fight to make weed free for everyone it doesn’t make sense to me It’s easy to grow at home it a plant
Fuck Florida nothin but conservative assholes
There fighting for a open market system that is not limited by state regulation.
