Well i've got no problem with the bill to legallize medical marijuana for medical use at all but if they going to legallize marijuana? Go full on like for both medical and reconational use cuz if they do both they'll be helping south carolina like for reck use? or however you say it voilent crime rate will go down but also for reck use you got to have special cards for that use and that use only but without those card no weed for that person and these cards got to have your picture and social security number on them legally and the cards got to be real and legit or go to jail that's all and the order to get these cards? you have to go to your local law inforcement to have these cards made for $5 and as for illegal reck use? Doing 5 years in prison is too deep cuz it's not a big enough crime to do 5 years in prison now stealing and home invasions? 5 years? Hell yea but for that illegal reck use? hell naw more like a 45 days to 4 months souds good for that not 5.00 years unless you sell it without a legal license and without that only and that's all i'm going to say about that and yea to get these special cards you got to be over 18 years old
