Some super stable companies in there! Including Aurora, Aphria and Canopy. Also a riskier one with N (financials wise) but however there are a lot hopes for its future and CRON compensates all of your risk, I feel like there is no safer company (in the industry) than Cronos.
What is the aurora spin off? And why so much?

I learned to get out but I was down 10K myself. Lol did I stress hell no. I was chilling. And improving my strategy learning from it. I knew you was going to go back up with all the hype.
