The solution model doesn't work either, basically if the "What to do list" of things became a reality then whites would revolt; white men poor of affluent loath any type of program, law, or policy that black people benefit from, therefore the only way that white men accept these measures on the "What to do list", is if legal segregation was reimplemented on blacks, thereby leaving white privilege intact and unharmed by blacks. Hence you can't give all of these things on the solution list to whites, and share them with blacks, unless whites employ institutional discrimination tactics again.
