Am I missing the "Decriminalize" aspect of this bill. Granted, it's a move in the right direction but to place even a small fine on someone for possession of any amount less than an ounce still means weed is still illegal. There is no mention that there is still the record, there are still court costs, there are still attorney's fees to expunge the charge if that is even possible. It appears that many VA Politicians don't seem to see the many benefits of fully legalizing marijuana. Properly managed, it is a huge potential revenue stream for the state!
