Please research the connection between Harry J Anslinger and William R Hearst’s “ yellow journalism “ and you will find out a lot about cannabis prohibition and the racial lies that brought it about. Harry J Anslinger changed the term cannabis to marijuana to keep his job and demonize the plant. William R Hearst used his media empire to get Anslinger’s message out to all citizen’s of this country. 83 years of this and it is still going on. It was wrong then and it is wrong for this prohibition to go on now. Please put a end to this.

This is a people that know what marijuanas dangers are,.. look at what is already LEGAL,.. Alcohol, and ask, are we hypocritical to allow our population to legally acquire Alcohol, a substance that can kill you, a substance that is metabolized into literal poison., and NOT marijuana. Many people who simply have a drink to unwind at the end of the day would rather vaporize some pot.. no hang over, no high blood pressure, no chemical dependence..
