you know RSO is simply the oil in the plant. its there even if you just eat the plants and chew them incessantly to release the oil into your mouth. again its the same oil that is in the plant. all the solvent and distillation process is doing is pulling it out of the plant. you could probably grind up plant in a coffee grinder to "prechew it" just make sure you consume all the oil and juices inside the grinder. maybe wipe some bread or your finger around the inside to get it all.
I don't know that change is so bad if it isn't getting bigger. Perhaps it is being attacked and resisting or something similar to the hardening like when a wound heals. I don't know. I am not a doctor. I am just trying to think positively for you. Its VERY GOOD that it isn't growing.
