Trinidadians curry crab with freshly blended coconut milk
In Trinidad we blend the coconut jelly an make coconut milk then boil the corn with the coconut milk with garlic ,hot pepper ( scorpion scotch /habanero ) with a mixture of blended scallions, pimientos, garlic,culantro (green seasoning)
