But since the idiots assigned a percent, and since cannabis is a weed, the spot price per pound will eventually plummet.
So, yes, for now, "they're" getting $5,000 per pound of weed. 10% of $5,000 is $500.
When weed falls to nationwide averages, about $1,200 per pound, 10% of $1,200 is $120.

Smart and poor cities like North Chicago should charge $300 per pound. If NC sells just 100,000 pounds, the city would make $30,000,000. The annual budget is only $10,000,000.
