Adding yeast to unscalded milk will kill it, you could wait all day but it won’t rise. Proof your yeast in a scalded milk, a canned milk or the best option is water at body temperature.
I really love the artistry if that's what I can call it but as for you fillings, come on, to bloody sweet, and not that healthy. Still love the presentation.
