Besides the new England Journal of Medicine would disagree with your opinion Doctor no one has ever died from a cannabis overdose in 80+ years of its use and the side effects are none and it clearly is safer then any medical pill you can subscribe but this is not a cure all I do agree with you there. However to prove that this is harmful when it harms none kills none and has not found to cause death in not one person i think you should spend your time practicing medicine clearly Some doctors will try to use there own personal opinions and just because they are a MD or wear a white coat or are a doctor they to give advice when clearly they know nothing about the plant and have no proof that it harms anyone and let alone are not taught to cure based on facts not guess work and unprofessional advice.
