1. To focus on a single activity with Pomodoro
2. To monitor the amount of time spent on any activity
A light green border in the app indicates a Pomodoro is available. To get a Pomodoro for your work, add a task and set the desired time. To get a Pomodoro for your break, just start your break, and the app will send you a message with the time remaining.
To use Pomodoro with your iPhone, just tap the Pomodoro button in the toolbar to select a task, then tap it.
When you finish working on a task, the app will automatically ask you to schedule a break for five minutes. If you have a short break, there is a useful option to work for five minutes instead of five minutes. Tap Yes when you see this prompt.
