Thank you for that info Lamont. I'm Legally Blind but don't act as though I have a visual problem. Mean I wasn't raised to use my Disability to get what I want and I'm about to re-enter what is known as the BEP Program where I can run my own business and it is nice to know programs like this can help if you need them. T Streamz is correct in that 1200 is only enough to put towards an Individual's rent who lives in New York City. It is just a drop in the bucket and I personally believe we all should be getting more.

I agree with Larry the kids should be at home instead of hanging out in parking lots especially our youth who are into VAPING. Those who are into VAPING lungs are already weak from VAPING. Me myself I have a Deviated Septum and Sinus problems so I know to stay in doors so I'm alive to teach my Grand Children how to LIVE. In about 1989 hr40 was presented……
The previous year the japanese received reparations…. but thousands received nothing… reparations could not be paid to the estates of the victims who were in the camps….. only living victims got a check….
HR 40 was never heard because there were no living slaves…. and that is a requirement for reparations….. descendants simply do not qualify….
You might try a new name for them… but reparations cant be paid to descendants…..only living victims….
