Why isnt White Castle and 7/11 leading the charge to legalize?

  2. most people needing weed daily would probably be Much more likely to use that gun on themselves, to get out of Pain that's not being treated due to the Opiates War….

  3. This is what happens when you allow unqualified people to judge your mental acuity. And that's all you'll need today to have your rights pulled.

  4. It has nothing to do with weed. It has everything to do with Gun confiscation. Just testing the water to see if they can move to total Gun Confiscation. Anyone who kills someone in this Red Flag bullshit should be charged with First degree murder. Police and politicians for example. This law is unconstitutional and any police enforcing it should be held accountable as any military person would be for following an illegal order that leads to death. "I was just following orders," isn't good enough. There oaths to the constitution should be a factor to.

  5. Seriously? Marijuana doesn't affect Inhibition like Alcohol does, but they're taking guns from Marijuana users but not Alcoholics or Opioid dependents? None should happen. But the very justification is flawed to the core.

  6. Drugs should be legal. The Government hasnt stopped it and they profit off locking up people. Prison is for the violent and thieving. So should prostitution; their body their choice. The addict makes himself and he dont want your help. Destroy the incel community over night. Demonitize our islamic enemies to help their immage. Deal a blow to the cartels. The war on drugs is like the Vietnam war. They still won no matter how many we killed.

  7. I support them too. Thanks for this great coverage & commentary!

Yeah, my en loco parentis govern-ment (mind-control), we certainly can't have people in pain owning firearms |scratches head|

  8. A comedian (I don't remember who) said that someone on cocaine will try to pimp your sister, someone who drinks will break your shit and someone that smoke s pot will eat your food.

  9. Medical Marijuana use by patients in states where it's legal…. They're not disarming any other patient on ant other meds. They're not disarming people that drink alcohol. Fuck the government.

  10. In canada some morons dont understand what a hotbox is and thought they could smoke up right behind the driver of the car.

  11. Omg, they just sit and think up more & more & more & more & more & more LAWS to tie our hands and keep us down.
They. Work. For. Us. Not us work like slaves for them. It's sickening, I'm sick.

  12. I would love to live in a world where there could be almost as many guns as there are wallets. So I would know Everywhere would be safer from mass shooting Leftists and liar politicians.

  13. As long as Marijuana is Federal illegal, you will not be able to not only own guns.  You can't have any guns in you house.  Many Vet's have run into this issue.  You will also lose you Federal licensing, and registrations for working.  Until it's made legal Federally, the Government will be able to strip users of their Rights.  Not that I agree with it, but that's way it is for now.  People need to know it before they use pot.  It may be legal in the State, but your Federal Rights are not protected.

  14. Theres a marijana use question on the new ATF for when you buy a gun. Answer incorrectly and you’re commited a federal crime.

  15. A bunch of boomers high on cocaine all during the 80's, lmao. Hey, I resembled that remark until I found those mushrooms growing in the pasture.

  16. I don't agree with it either, but until it's legal.

I know some people who believe that their red card won't show up on their back ground check because it violates their HIPPA

  17. AARGGHHH I have ranted against pot for 20 years online, typing my fingers to the bone! I have explained over and over that pot should be illegal forever, with VERY STIFF PENALTIES. Not because of marijuana itself, but because of the people who use and defend it! Pot smokers are HORRIBLE! They cuss me out and threaten me, attack my religion, my looks, my sex life, make mean videos, websites and memes about me, make fun of me for collecting dolls, etc. The booze drinkers do this as well, when I speak up against their precious alcohol! People are just terrible! And as far as "medical" marijuana, I have yet to find one single decent TRUE medical user online. They are just terrible. They can't even see why it's wrong and immature to use mind-altering drugs RECREATIONALLY. How can we support them when they are like that? You talk about medical marijuana "patients". Okay, how do all these "patients" feel about RECREATIONAL use? Let me take a guess. How do YOU feel about recreational use? Let me take a guess. Just the fact that you make these videos and use profanity and sit there with your long hair and open shirt is a red flag. And since you say you support "medical marijuana" it's a red flag as well, because I suppose you haven't read a thing I have written over the years, all the HUGE BATTLES with "medical" marijuana users. Go read my blog which is filled with articles I've written about how horrible pot smokers are! Even the "medical" ones!

  18. There is actually a question on the paperwork one fills out to buy a firearm that explicitly asks if you use weed, I noticed it last time I filled out the form

  19. yes you are exactly right. where is their evidence to support claims that guns need to go now that states are wheeling and dealing. I'm not gonna hold my breathe for them to come true with facts. Another bogus gun grab ladies and gentlemen

  20. if you fill out a 4473, you should be aware that it is a question on the form used to purchase a handgun (or a long gun) if bought from an FFL. So if you are "addicted" certainly, you either became so after you bought it, or bought from an individual or lied on your form.

not saying it is right, just saying it is not a new thing.

  21. The only time I thought about picking up a gun while stone, it was a fucking nerf gun. I wanted to shoot a bunch of empty Pepsi cans with a toy rifle. Long story short I was too high to get off the couch. But these idiots really think smoking a blunt is gonna make me want to kill people? How disconnected from reality are these people

  22. I'll go out on a limb here, though I know I'm right (and most you will agree, if you read it through). Yes, marijuana (mj) is a gateway drug. But, it is so, only in the fact it is illegal. There is no "breaking the law a little" versus "breaking the law a lot". You are either breaking the law, or not. Since there is no difference, exactly what keeps an mj user from progressing to harder stuff? NOTHING!

So, make mj legal, and it is no longer a gateway drug. By this point, we know it is not physically addictive, it doesn't in itself lead to harder drugs, in fact, if legal, it reduces the incentive to move to harder drugs.

Simple solution, get the federal government out of the mj control business. Return it to "state's rights". Problem solved.

  23. A police captain made a similar argument. He told me he has never been to an accident scene where a mom has smoked a joint and flipped the minivan, throwing her kids 100 feet down the road. He has lost count of the number of times he has seen something like that with alcohol.

  24. The most violent act I have ever seen displayed by someone high on pot and nothing else was when my roommate attacked a bag of Fritos and 3 Hershey bars and then assaulted a gallon of chocolate ice cream. It was a massacre.

  25. Since Colorado "legalized" weed, I've only seen one traffic accident caused by it. The stoned driver took too long to slow at a stoplight and ran into the trailer in front of him at 5 mph. No damage occured although it freaked out the stoner.

  26. I don't like laws that essentially make you a criminal for not for what you did, but what you theoretically might do. Taking someones guns because they smoke weed, and even DUI are this type of law. These laws are a slippery slope because there is no limit to what laws they can dream up restricting your rights because of what you "might" do, because 1 guy did it.
