You have synthetic CBD if it has no THC. All synthetic drugs are illegal. You bought CBD Spice. Texas has no lab to test for THC and no THC test is conclusive to be hard evidence. Also Greg Abbotts CBD oil tested at 5% THC and is illegal in TX. It is also legal for anyone to sell marijuana or hemp in TX now as long as they do not label it as CBD. Anyone advertising CBD has to be registured with the state. The loophole is to not advertise CBD. Just advertise hemp flower. Anyone can import it now and sell it in a store.
