hi i want to use map info with my new laptop and i have tried to activate it multiple times from the online activation service online although i did the step 2(6) of the instruction manual. the new laptop also have the serial number of my old laptop because i accidentally assigned them both. when i tried to use the same activation code from the activation and every time it said error in loading the product. the error code is version mismatch. but i really do not know what to do now i do not know how to apply the file which is installed in my new place in the old laptop.
