Pain…at some point we’ll all experience it, and we’ll want to find the most appropriate solutions for how to manage it. In this week’s episode of Be HEALTHistic, …
Hi, I came across this video because I was unable to sleep due to the financial crisis taking place right now. Anyway, I’m actually glad I woke up and found this video because it was helpful.
I had bypass surgery 20 years ago when I was only 42, and I never had constipation issues because I supplemented with vitamin C, magnesium, drank water, and walked. I also had to go back a year later to have my chest staples removed because they were painfully pushing out of my chest. Also, after my open heart surgery 20 years ago, I was given only 5 years to live due to genetics, but I came across your book Dr. Sinatra, and I credit you with saving my life as well as Dr. Uzzi Reiss. I followed your supplement recommendations faithfully. I am allergic to blood thinners and anti inflammatories, and I was unable to tolerate the 12 drugs they had me on after surgery. It was very scary for me because being unable to take the various drugs the doctors treated me like I was a goner especially because I couldn’t take blood thinners or statins. I hung onto your guidance for dear life, and I believed in you. Doctors are shocked when they discover that I’m not taking any cardiac drugs, but they never ask me what I am doing which is really disgraceful. They especially push the issue of blood thinners and statins. I take Nattokinase instead of blood thinners as well as ginger, garlic, Curcumin, and fish oil. As far as cholesterol, I tried red yeast rice, but I ended up with the same cramping and pain as the statins. I do have Lpa, so I’ve worried about that, but I’m still here after 20 years. Interestingly, I have been able to lower it over the years even though the doctors have said that it’s not possible, but I have no idea how I did it. Over the years it’s been anywhere from 45 to 7. I wish I knew what supplements I took to get it down. Any ideas? Thank you 🙏🏻 from the bottom of my heart ♥️ Dr. Sinatra!
