I dip clones in an aloe vera leaf. It has several minerals and is antibacterial. Its free also if you grow them. Its a very effective organic alternative to clonex or root powder.
All that coir under the tray is contaminated I would not pour nutrient rich water on top of my coir be diffident if it was just r.o. no pun intended jus §ayin

those are some ugly ass clones with the pruning you did lmao how is half chopping the fan leaves going to help produce results.
Float that trey in a flood table and your clones will root up in 5 to 10 days seeds same way .I use 3×4 tobacco plant foam trays and float them.

They make these clone trays that are just like this but perforated. Fucking amazing! I just feel bad dumping all that plastic after one use

For the time it takes, its not really worth the savings in my opinion. Ill stick with rock wool. My dad taught me how to take cuttings in 97. I was in the 7th grade lol.

I love that your sharing your vast experience…..Thank you, but you should never clone with bare hands. Please wear gloves because the rooting hormones are modulators that can cause cancer. Read the labels before using every time. Please, everyone that reads this, wear your damn gloves and wash your hands and arms afterwards when you do your cloning.
Very cool, but I can help thinking you could make this whole process more efficient by working out the perfect mix ratio of coco to nutrient water and then mix them together in a large container until you have the perfect amount of saturation, then go about filling your trays. This could help streamline the whole process into more of a production-line process to save time and resources by doing multiple trays at once.
No gloves? The nutrients dont bother you?
